Playa la Troya was one of the first beaches in Costa Adeje.

The rather dark golden beach is therefore the best known but also the busiest beach in Playa de las Américas.
The beach, which consists of two parts and is separated by a breakwater, is still 400 meters long.
Because it is quite large, everyone will find a place here.

Playa la Troya is located between two breakwaters and therefore you have little disruption from big waves, so ideal for small children. This beach is even accessible for wheelchair users.

All facilities you need are available on the beach. Such as umbrellas and sunbeds against payment. Toilets, showers, and a kiosk for water activities such as the banana boat or pedal boats.
Bars and restaurants can also be found in the vicinity.

Here you have the famous Monkey Beach Club that is located right on this beach.

And where it is also nice to stay in the evening.

Further on the same beach is the beautiful and famous lounge bar Papagayo Beach Club.
In the afternoon you can enjoy here with a view of the sea and the beach and some tapas in your hand.
Later in the evening dance music is played here, and this until the early hours.

If you cross the boulevard that is just behind the beach, you have a wide choice of shops and shopping centers.

 

You have plenty of opportunities to go on a boat excursion to spot dolphins or whales at sea.
Or maybe you want to go back in time with a pirate ship that sails here.
Or do you prefer to dive underwater with the Yellow submarine?
